Who writes it
Ananke Alpha is written by a markets-and-technology practitioner. The markets half: time on a bulge-bracket equity-derivatives and ETF sales-and-trading desk, and work as an interest-rate derivatives trader — four years, in total, close enough to institutional order flow to know how a desk actually hedges and why so much of what moves a tape is forced rather than chosen. The technology half: the last eleven-plus years building software, most recently in AI.
The house style follows from that combination. The research is built like a model, not a hot take: every figure traces to a public filing, an index rule, or a protocol's own arithmetic, and anything that can't be checked is labeled as unknown rather than dressed up as insight. Arithmetic, not opinion — and never a prediction.
What we publish, and what we don't
Short research notes on single names and assets, and a small library of trader's primers. No signals, no portfolios, no promises of easy money. Ananke Alpha is an independent research publisher, not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing it publishes is personalized investment advice.
